Wire annealer (m|f|d) at Hagener Feinstahl GmbH in Hagen. Full-time (40 h/week), three-shift system, immediate start. On-site training — career changers welcome.
Your tasks
- —You operate and monitor our annealing furnaces, keeping to the production parameters.
- —You independently anneal wires from 0.20 mm to 12.00 mm made of stainless steel and non-ferrous metals.
- —You monitor and control the ongoing production process.
- —You carry out quality checks and document the results.
- —You label and weigh the finished material.
- —You report your work back in the production data system (BDE).
- —You clean and maintain the annealing furnaces.
Your profile
- —A completed apprenticeship in metalworking — ideally as a metal technology specialist (forming and wire technology) or as a machine and plant operator (metal and plastics technology / wire production). Desirable, but not a must.
- —Alternatively, professional experience in the tasks described above.
- —Technical understanding and an independent way of working.
- —Quality awareness and team spirit.
- —Willingness to work shifts (early, late and night shift).

What we offer
- —We train you on site — directly at the furnace, guided by experienced colleagues, during working hours.
- —An owner-managed, values-based family business with flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths.
- —An appreciative, people-focused leadership culture geared towards long-term collaboration.
- —An economically very stable corporate group that keeps developing steadily and with a view to the future.
