Where we get involved.
Standards, materials expertise and market knowledge are not created alone. We work in industry associations because that is where the technical foundations of our business are shaped.
ESV – Eisendraht- und Stahldraht-Vereinigung e.V.
The Düsseldorf-based trade association of wire and wire-product manufacturers. Through the ESV we contribute our manufacturing experience to standardisation, market monitoring and the technical work of the wire industry.
EHV – Edelstahlhandelsvereinigung e.V.
The network of the German stainless steel trade. Its exchange on materials, availability and market development supports our free sourcing — and with it our customers' security of supply.
VDFI – Verband der Deutschen Federnindustrie e.V.
The trade association of the German technical spring industry. Its exchange on spring steel, standardisation and application engineering links directly to our spring wire programme and the requirements of spring manufacturers.
Informationsstelle Edelstahl Rostfrei
The joint organisation for stainless steels in Germany. ISER pools materials knowledge on corrosion resistance, processing and application — the technical basis for our advice on stainless steel wire.
Ingpuls GmbH – Smart Materials & Engineering
Strategic cooperation with the Bochum-based specialist for shape memory alloys (Nitinol/NiTi). Together we combine our wire drawing expertise with Ingpuls' materials development — for actuator wires, springs and semi-finished products made from smart materials.
DGM – Deutsche Gesellschaft für Materialkunde e.V.
The scientific and technical society for materials science and engineering. Through the DGM we stay connected to research and academia — from materials characterisation and forming technology to new alloys for wire and fine wire.
DIBt – Deutsches Institut für Bautechnik
Germany's approval body for construction products and construction methods, based in Berlin. For our wires used in construction, DIBt approvals and technical rules are the binding basis — from material selection through to documentation.
