Our independence allows us to push the boundaries of what is possible together with our customers. We develop materials, surfaces and dimensions that are not available off the shelf — technically precise, economically sound, from the first sample to series production.

BenderWire 304NX

With BenderWire 304NX — high-strength, triple re-melted, with a tensile strength of Rm ≥ 3700 MPa — we show what specialization means: a material that performs exactly where standard grades give up.

Coated & Finished Wires

Surfaces with a function.

Gold-plated high-strength wire, 16 µm

An ultra-thin layer of gold on a high-strength core wire — for electrical contacts where reliability and signal quality allow no compromise.

Nickel-plated spring wire, 90 µm

Corrosion protection and a defined surface for spring components in demanding mechanical applications.

Customer-specific sliding coatings

For joining technology, we develop coatings that reduce friction, extend tool life and specifically improve formability.

Ultra-Fine Wire

Finer than a hair — in reproducible quality.

We draw stainless steel wire down to 11 µm in consistent quality. To do this, we prefer to use multiple- and vacuum-remelted stainless grades — their purity is the prerequisite for a wire of this fineness to remain controllable at all: break-resistant, dimensionally accurate, within tolerances relevant to medical and electronic applications.
