Technical working student role at the BenderWire Group in Hagen. On site, thinking along, building along.
What you'll do
- —You accompany projects in production, plant engineering or quality — whichever appeals to you and wherever we currently need momentum.
- —You evaluate production data, build small tools for our team and help understand plants better.
- —You are involved with real plants and real products. No sandbox, no practice material.
- —You work directly with colleagues from production, maintenance and plant engineering.
What you bring
- —You are studying for a Bachelor's or Master's degree, for example in materials science, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or mechatronics.
- —You live in the region (Hagen, Wuppertal, Dortmund, Duisburg, Iserlohn).
- —You want to be on site: at least two fixed days a week at our plant. Pure home office doesn't fit what you're meant to learn with us.
- —You like to get stuck in, ask questions, think along. You don't need a perfect report card — attitude counts.
What you get out of it
- —You work for a family business with over 200 years of substance, and at the same time on Industry 4.0 plants and our own software.
- —You get to know not just one plant, but the whole group — cross-site work is normal here.
- —Real points of contact instead of standard onboarding.
- —Real chances of being taken on after your degree. Many of our current key roles started here as working students.
