Commercial working student role at the BenderWire Group in Hagen. Sales, marketing, controlling, purchasing, HR.

What you'll do

—You work on one of our current commercial topics: day-to-day sales, analyses, marketing building blocks or HR projects — wherever we need momentum and where you're interested.
—You prepare information, help with presentations, do research and support day-to-day business.
—You work directly with our sales and marketing colleagues and, depending on your focus, with the management.
—After a short time you take on your own small areas of responsibility — not just support tasks.

—You are studying business administration, industrial engineering, international management, marketing or something related, from the 3rd semester onwards.
—You live in the region (Hagen, Wuppertal, Dortmund, Duisburg, Bochum, Iserlohn).
—You want to be on site: at least two fixed days a week with us. We want to get to know you, not just your spreadsheets.
—You work in a structured way and are confident in languages (fluent German, English as standard).
—You think along, ask questions, take on responsibility. We're looking for independent thinking, not rote learning.

—Insights from the shop floor to the top of the group — you understand how raw steel becomes an international business model.
—You work on real projects that are currently moving our company, not textbook exercises.
—You work directly with the management and sit close to where decisions are made. No anonymous open-plan internship, but real involvement.
