With the merger to form the BenderWire Group, we have reached a significant milestone: over 200 years of combined experience and comprehensive expertise in wire technology are now united under one roof. Our aim is to rethink wire and develop innovative solutions that meet the highest quality standards and satisfy the growing demands of our customers worldwide.

Siri Wire becomes part of the BenderWire Group
Another key step was the integration of Siri Wire into the BenderWire Group. The acquisition enabled us to significantly expand our international presence, particularly in the North American market. Close cooperation between the locations enables us to pool expertise, leverage synergies, and provide even more comprehensive support to our customers worldwide. At the same time, Siri Wire strengthens our global sales structure and plays a key role in making our high-quality wire solutions available internationally.

The strategic partnership with Ingpuls is another important building block in our growth strategy. Together, we are strengthening our expertise in the field of high-purity and innovative wire solutions, especially for demanding and future-oriented applications.

2025 was also a significant year in terms of personnel. Another milestone in terms of digital availability is the presence of our high-quality braided wires in the Chamfr Shop. This expansion of our distribution channel ensures greater transparency, improved availability of our products, and additional speed in our customers' development and procurement processes.

Direct dialogue with customers, partners, and industry experts continued to play a central role in 2025. At leading international trade fairs such as MD&M in Minneapolis and COMPAMED in Düsseldorf, we were able to establish valuable contacts and further deepen existing relationships.
COMPAMED in particular, together with our partner Ingpuls, offered numerous opportunities for in-depth technical discussions, exchanges on current trends, and discussions on future developments in wire and medical technology.
