Commercial shipping employee (m/f/d) - full-time
Your tasks
- Creating shipping documents such as delivery notes, packing lists, customs documents, and freight documents
- Coordination of national and international shipments with freight forwarders, parcel services, and customers
- You monitor delivery dates and ensure that everything is shipped to the customer on time and correctly.

Financial Accountant (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- G/L, accounts receivable, accounts payable and asset accounting, including account reconciliation, dunning and cost accounting in a group environment
- Booking of all business transactions and processing of payment transactions
- Support with the monthly and annual financial statements and the consolidated financial statements
- Advance sales tax returns for several companies
- Independent, timely payroll accounting for approx. 100 employees
- Key user time recording (master data, absences, corrections, statistics, etc.)
- Close cooperation with the department management
Your profile
- Completed tax or commercial training
- At least 5 years of professional experience in financial accounting, preferably also with further training as an accountant, ideally in a medium-sized industrial company
- Basic knowledge of labor, tax and social security law
- Confident handling of MS Office and ideally very good knowledge of DATEV
- Very good communication skills in German
